This is a fairly straight forward setup. Kendall is sitting in front of a South facing window in an old warehouse space. The sun was somewhat diffused by hazy clouds. A 43" Westcott shoot through umbrella with a Vivitar 285 at 1/16th power added some fill and a hair light. The only other ambient light is from North windows 90'-100' away, so these have no impact on the exposure.
Even though there is some doors and some stairs in the background, the room was so dim relative to the sunlight exposure, only a little burning in completely removes them from the image.
